set the image resolution (up to 2048 x 2048 pixels) and acquisition
speed. At high magnifications image drift can be a problem in
microanalysis, especially for
TEM applications. The SiteLock feature monitors and compensates for
any drift in images. SiteLock is setup on this screen and drift
correction is applied when x-ray spectra and maps are collected. |
